1. Contact us by phone or e-mail to set up an appointment.
2. View an apartment.
3. When you have choosen your apartment, all roommates must fill out applications and pay the deposit at the time of signing.
4. Read through and sign lease, rules page, and addendums.
5. You will be notified when approved/denied.
6. Pick up copy of lease.
7. Pick up keys on the day in which your lease starts.
8. After date of move-in, fill out Check-In Sheet and return to the office to keep on record.
